The Cooking Ghost

Where's Lucas? Oh, there he is! I have to remember to do my floor cleaning chores AFTER any planned cooking projects. For some reason, on the days we end up cooking, I had just cleaned the floors that morning! Alas! Futile efforts!

Lucas has been adjusting to being home with me all of the days. He has been a great helper and his tantrums have reduced in frequency. I think he takes longer naps at home than he did at daycare. Rest always helps! We've been biking, doing yard work, going to the park, and doing some errands while Ben is at school. The hardest part is keeping Luke awake on the car ride to get Ben. We've been eating lunch every day on the porch. Warm weather just makes me so happy!

We've still being working on getting our garden ready for our seedlings, and making our compost. It's coming along.

Luke is still into singing, dancing and playing instruments. He keeps humming or singing "Smoke on the Water" from his guitar. He was singing it in the grocery store the other day. He can carry a tune much better than his mom can! It just cracks me up when he starts dancing too. It's the cutest thing to watch him shake his little bum!
